Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how HBELLO handles platform payments, wallet balances, order funding, freelancer payouts, fees, taxes, and payment security.

1. Approved Payment Channels

Users must make and receive HBELLO-related payments only through payment methods approved by HBELLO. Payments outside the platform may result in loss of platform protection, account restrictions, non-payment risk, and enforcement action.

2. Wallet and Order Funding

HBELLO may use wallet balances, deposits, order holds, milestone funding, manual payment review, gateway payments, or other internal ledger entries to manage marketplace transactions. Wallet entries are platform records and may be adjusted for refunds, reversals, disputes, fraud checks, administrative corrections, or legal compliance.

3. Freelancer Payouts

Freelancer earnings may become eligible for withdrawal after order completion, client acceptance, dispute windows, fraud checks, payment settlement, KYC checks, and any applicable hold periods. HBELLO may delay, reject, reverse, or adjust payouts where required for compliance, chargebacks, disputes, suspicious activity, or incorrect transaction records.

4. Fees and Deductions

HBELLO may charge platform fees, subscription fees, promotion fees, payment gateway fees, withdrawal fees, taxes, currency conversion charges, administrative fees, and other charges displayed or agreed on the platform. Fees may be deducted from deposits, wallet balances, order payments, or freelancer payouts.

5. Taxes and Invoices

Users are responsible for determining, reporting, collecting, and paying taxes applicable to their own services, purchases, earnings, and business activity. HBELLO may issue invoices, tax records, or transaction statements where available and may collect information needed for compliance.

6. Payment Safety

HBELLO may use fraud monitoring, payment verification, identity checks, transaction limits, manual review, account holds, and restricted withdrawal rules to protect users and the platform. Users must not manipulate payment systems, submit false payment evidence, launder funds, sell accounts, or use HBELLO for unlawful financial activity.

7. Failed, Duplicate, or Incorrect Payments

If a payment fails, is duplicated, is incorrectly credited, or is reversed by a payment provider, HBELLO may correct the wallet ledger, request repayment, suspend affected services, or coordinate with the payment provider. Users should report payment issues to support@hbello.com with relevant payment references.
